1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Referrall Coin (RFRL) airdrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in the airdrop.

2. Airdrop Participation

The RFRL airdrop is a promotional campaign designed to distribute tokens to community members. Participation is voluntary and subject to the following conditions:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must have a valid Solana wallet address
  • You must share a social media post about Referrall Coin
  • Each social media post link can only be used once
  • You must agree to these Terms of Service

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for the airdrop, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Not be a resident of restricted jurisdictions
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not be on any sanctions list

4. Token Distribution

RFRL tokens will be distributed according to the following schedule:

  • Tokens will be distributed within 24-48 hours after successful registration
  • Distribution is subject to verification of social media posts
  • We reserve the right to reject applications that do not meet our criteria
  • No refunds or exchanges are available for distributed tokens

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating multiple accounts to receive additional tokens
  • Using fake or misleading social media posts
  • Attempting to manipulate or exploit the airdrop system
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

6. Disclaimers

THE AIRDROP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL REFERRALL COIN BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE AIRDROP.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation in the airdrop constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the airdrop at any time without notice. We may also disqualify participants who violate these terms.
